Many will also emphasis on their integrity & honesty but our human brain is designed to keep us safe and words of assurance may not be enough for some of us. Thus, with a written service warranty that gives you greater assurance from a personal and legal point of view.

Duration of Warranty
The warranty period for the services provided starts from the date you officially engage our service after acknowledging the Council for Estate Agents (CEA) prescribed Form 5. You can find the form on CEA’s website HERE. Please note that we strongly believe in using CEA’s prescribed forms as they are drafted in a fair manner, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly spelled out to avoid ambiguity or misunderstanding.
Scope of Warranty
Our warranty policy covers the commitments mentioned in your Appointment Letter. We’re committed to providing quality service and products, ensuring your warranty needs are met professionally and promptly.
exclusions
Our warranty policy does not extend coverage to include damage resulting from deliberate misuse, abuse, negligence, or any external factors outside of our control. At the service provider, our top priority is meeting the expectations of our valued clients. We strive to provide professional advice that is deemed reasonable and satisfactory, while ensuring that all parties consent to our recommendations.
customer obligation
As a customer, it’s your responsibility to share with us your ultimate goal so that we can serve you better. This should be done promptly, within a reasonable period after engaging our services. Failure to do this may result in your misunderstanding. It’s important to understand your goal as a customer as this helps to establish a good working relationship with the service provider and ensures that any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
voiding the service warranty
In the unlikely event that the client(s) has a change of plans and chose to void the services already provided or work that has been done due to no fault of the service provider, the client shall compensation accordingly.
no other warranties
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by the service provider and replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
